Steamed Fish with Wansoy

I cannot remember anymore where I originally got this recipe but it has become a home favorite because it is so yummy and so easy to do.


Ingredients:
Fish Fillet
Wansoy (you can also use kinchay)
Butter
Salt and pepper

Procedure:
1. Spread butter over the fish fillet.
2. Season with salt and paper.
3. Put chopped wansoy leaves.
4. Cover the fish with aluminum foil.
5. Steam for about 15minutes.
