Fish and chips is a popular snack in the UK and other British and ex-British colonies like Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. It consists of deep fried fish and strips of potato. FYI, "chips" to the Brits is what we commonly refer to as "french fries". So do not expect potato chips (ala-Lays or Ruffles) to be served with your fish and chips order.
Chuck's Grub Trinoma
Chuck's Grub is the newest addition to the group of food stalls in the Food Choices section of the Trinoma mall. They serve 4 types of beer battered fish - dory, snapper, cobbler and halibut, with minimum order of 2 pieces of fish. Sauce comes in good old vinegar, garlic mayo and tartare.
4-pc Dory with Chips P200
We had the 4-pc Dory with chips and Garlic and Mayo sauce. It was good. The fish was tasty enough. But I'm not too crazy about it. My son enjoyed it though. He finished two of the 4 fish servings.
