I accompanied Miguel to his 2-hour summer class at Kolisko this morning. After class, we had lunch at World Class Persian Kabab, our quick fix when we are craving for some affordable Persian/ Mediterranean food.
Today, we had 2 servings of deconstructed shawarma - one with chicken and one with beef. I say it is deconstructed because instead of the usual rolled up pita bread with fillings inside, it is served in a plate with rice. Combine it with their sauce and it's the bomb!
